Use Sparingly
I was tired of seeing my face look so shiny in photographs, so I decided to try this product. It works great! BUT, you only need a small amount. It is best to tap in on your skin until it is absorbed lightly. I found if you rub it in, the product tends to pull up and flake off, which is kind of weird and unexpected. Once I figured out the best way to use it, I was thrilled with the results.

Excellent mattifying primer!
I got this product as a sample and I agree with a previous review about it drying very quickly! And if you keep trying to pat it or massage it in, major pilling happens and you need to brush off product crumbs. So you just need to get used to the product and how to apply it quickly to ensure that doesn''t happen. However, after you figure that out, this product is amazing! I have dry/oil combination skin. I also live in NE where the summer humidity can be above 80% and cause oiliness in just an hour. I wore this on 4th of July where we were outside in the summer heat/humidity for 6 hours, and I never once felt oily. When we got home, I was surprised at how my makeup looked like I had just applied it! I will definitely be buying this as my go to primer!
