After seeing this product recommended by a medical esthetician for treating stubborn acne (especially fungal acne), I decided to give it a try. It was wonderful! Not drying. Used morning and night after cleansing. I switched all of my skincare products to Glymed Plus and have seen wonderful results and a clear face. 5/5 recommend.

Very drying, I do not have sensitive skin but could not use this day and night without it drying and causing red tiny bumps my face out. Also contains algae which is comedogenic and can break you out. Do not recommend and you cannot return if this causes a bad reaction on your face.

A big help with acne control, and plays well with others
I struggle with severe hormonal acne, combo/dry skin, irritation, texture, and scarring. I've been using this product faithfully AM and PM for over a year, under the direction of my esthetician. For the first few months I used it, it was the only serum in my routine, and right away I began to see a gradual clearing of my acne, reduction in inflammation, and improved brightness. It calmed my irritated skin, didn't cause any more damage or breakouts, and felt luxurious to apply. It's a little bit hydrating, so it feels like your base is reset when you apply this after cleansing. Now, I have it combined as part of a larger regimen, so it's hard to say how much it's contributing to my current skin status. However, I continue to use it twice a day for the anti-inflammatory, anti-bacterial, and anti-fungal aspects, and my skin is the clearest it's ever been! It layers well with other serums without any pilling or weird reactions.
