Grainy, rough-like texture
Not a very soothing lip balm. Not sure what happened to the product, or if it is supposed to be like that, but the balm was grainy, and not very soothing to chapped lips. Will not re-order...

Really like this lip balm!!!
I have used this lip balm for many years. I put it on right before I get in bed. My lips do not dry out during the night as a result. Highly recommend!
