I Can Go Outside Again
I usually burn within 10 mins if I go outside in the sun. Even with sunscreen, I may not look burned but my skin still feels like it. I tried heliocare and I take two daily. Heliocare and niacinamide were recommended by my dermatologist as a preventative for skin cancer. It is a plant derived supplement.
