This product along with the other Jan marini products have really helped my skin. I've been using them for the past year and the biggest difference I've noticed is the texture of my skin. It feels smooth and healthy even if I'm having a breakout here or there. I have been using Jan Marini products for about 5 months. I have, however, yet to try the cleanser, although I am considering also purchasing this product. I have found that the bioclear acne lotion works better than anything else I have tried for transitional hormonal acne, as well as blackheads, whiteheads, and acne discolorations. I do not consider myself to have severe acne, although when I break out I get cystic like pimples under the surface which are painful. This products has reduced these problems, in addition to keeping my skin clean and discolorations significantly reduced from previous breakouts. I would recommend especially if you have tried other products without the promised results.
