I only wear this make-up. I started using Jane Iredale make-up upon the recommendation of my Dermatologist. I first used the loose powder for coverage. This was over 15 years ago and I have since switched to the liquid minerals, for more coverage. I love both products and though I use the liquid minerals 90% of the time, I do like that loose powder for a more relaxed casual setting when I am not working or at meetings. The makeup helps to calm down my often stressed skin and I never have a flare-up of either a pimple or of rosacea. I recommend this makeup to anyone that has sensitive skin or wants that "natural" look.

This is the best makeup I have ever worn. It is good for all skin types. I am in my 60s and have worn makeup for over 50 yrs. The tip is to wet your face lightly, use just one small squirt, half what they suggest. Dot it on your face, and spread it (I use a circle motion) with your fingers all around to the hairline and chin line until it is dry. Then, put on just a very small amount of the pressed powder, blush, then spray. Then, blot the spray with a tissue, and you have makeup that does not get in wrinkles. It will stay from morning till night and your skin will actually improve as the weeks go on. But you need to spray with one of Jane's sprays and blot. That keeps it from getting into wrinkles and gives it stay power. And no, I do not sell the stuff. Just love the makeup.

I have tried so many foundations for my sensitive, dry rosacea skin. Liquid Minerals looks natural on my skin, just enough coverage for redness. It doesn't settle into fine lines and leaves my skin dewy, not dry. You do have to learn how to apply to obtain a flawless finish. I use my fingers and gently rub until it becomes smooth. It has become the only foundation I now use.
