Since Neova discontinued their make-up remover (face + eyes) I'm looking for a replacement. This is not it since it is only for face. Has a nice smell, love the price.

not great for long-wear eyeliner
I purchased this on recommendation of a couple of LovelySkin staff, but am not impressed with its eye makeup removing capabilities. I'm not using anything waterproof on my eyes, yet it seems lacking in removing eyeliner (whether Youngblood, Bobbi Brown gel, or Laura Mercier) and mascara (Youngblood). What is nice is it doesn't seem to leave much residue, since it's non-greasy. It also seems to get used up quickly since it does struggle to perform its job. I'm not sure for what it's intended, but it isn't working on non-waterproof eyeliner and mascara.
