Disappointed
My first impression of the product was that it is thick and slimey/sticky. I still wanted too give it a try though. Unfortunately it broke my skin out in a rash and I do not have sensitive skin. Disappointed to say the least.

Wanted to love this product
I really wanted to love this product. The fragrance and overall texture of the product are why I give this a 1-star. I didn't realize that it was product with fragrance and it is potent! I have been on a hunt for a alternative or alternating Vitamin C serum. I typically use a vitamin C product from a different brand, but it is not always within in the budget. I decided to try alternating. I have tried a few products and this was one of them. Again, I was hoping to love this product as my alternate but due to the smell and the tacky like texture I can't even use it.

There's a reason this product is priced lower than the rest. Extremely poor decision to put the product in a clear glass bottle...it oxidizes WAY too fast if exposed. That's why every other brand has it in a bottle that is colored or has packaging around it to cover it. The serum got so gross so fast. Another issue is that the dropper is super wide so the serum like globs out way too much and also get on the outside of the container. Way too many issues with this product line. Would not purchase again or recommend to anyone.

Odor unbearable, texture unappealing
I can't speak to the efficacy of this product because I only used it for 2 days. First, the consistency is gooey/sticky. Not sure why they provide a dropper as its too gloppy. What's really awful is the smell. Its an acrid chemical odor, and it doesn't go away when it dries! Two days is all I could take.

I was excited to try this product because I have used other products from the La Roche Posay brand for years so I had high expectations. But unfortunately it is heavily fragranced and so much that I had to wash my face after using it because I couldn’t handle the smell. I don’t think I will be using it again and it was a complete waste of my money. It wasn’t cheap either.
