This is a thick body cream that works immediately to improve the appearance of your skin. Over time, I feel like there has also been a more lasting improvement. I have been using it for a few months and have repurchased it. As I feel like I am seeing an improvement in my skin laxity, I am hoping that over a longer period of time I will continue to see further improvement.

As other reviewers have noted, this cream is very thick, but I think that is a good thing, because I only use it on those areas where my skin needs some extra help for the creases near my elbows, my neck and stomach. There is an immediate improvement that seems to last for much of the day, but I don't know yet if there will be any long-lasting results. I love the NeoCutis packaging and pump tops. Good design makes everything better!

I have seen some good results with this product. The skin on my arms is less crepey and firmer. It did take several weeks before results were noticeable which is probably normal because it takes more than a few applications of any skincare product for lasting results to show. I have repurchased this product and hope for even more benefits.
