Great product/ great results with routine use
I bought the ORA Deluxe Rechargeable & Cordless Electric Microneedle Derma Pen System in 2022 for me, and have great results when I use it routinely. I was so impressed with the results I bought another as Christmas gift for my BFF. You can use it with or without numbing cream, but I have better results if I use the cream. Like most products you are not going to get great results if you don’t use it frequently. Just read the directions before you use it so you know how to use it correctly, and you can avoid the drag that one user reported. Also it may take a few uses before you feel comfortable and do it correctly. Don’t give up after the first use, there maybe a little learning curve as you perfect your technique. I’ve had microneedling at med spas and found this to be a great and much more cost effective alternative.

The microneedling has documented benefits that I want to achieve but without creating injuries that will scar. I like that I can buy replacement heads and have control over the depth. I can't say yet if there are benefits but at least no negative effects. I did feel that my usual treatments for acne worked faster after the microneedling.

I use needle rollers and have had fraxel - I can tolerate this kind of product. But something wasn’t right regarding the intensity. Even at the shortest depth and lowest speed it felt way too aggressive and damaging to the skin. Without supporting research that their product is safe and effective I won’t continue to use it.
