Gentle refreshing toner
This is my third time purchasing this toner. It is so refreshing and doesn’t dry out my skin. I love the smell too. I will sometimes use it in the morning instead of washing my face with cleanser. I also like to swipe it over my eyes after cleansing to remove any last traces of eye makeup.
