I want to start out by saying that I like the brand Pureology as a whole. Everything I've tried has been good. But, some of their products are excellent. This is one of those. My hair is fine and thin and gets curly/wavy if allowed to are dry. Because of this it also breaks easily. This shampoo gives it shine and it's smoother. My hair seems happy after I use Pureology. I will note that I would prefer a pump on the bottle. I have arthritis in my hands and gripping the bottle is painful. Still - I will stay with Pureology!

A little really goes a long way with Pureology products. Having to use an amount about the size of a quarter helps it to last longer. This particular line smells like bubble gum to me. Hydrate is my favorite, but this smells and feels nice. I'm not sure that I have noticed my hair being strengthened but it does feel more nourished when brushing and styling.
