Good addition for skincare regimen
Decent retinol product--one of the better ones out there, especially with the higher retinol strength of 10x. They changed the formula and I'm not sure if I like the new texture, but if you're looking for a non-prescription retinol that will remove dead skin cells and brighten the skin surface, this does do the job. It takes a bit longer than a prescription retinoid would but with less irritation. I use this along with my prescription retinoid. I also like that it includes green tea polyphenols. Overall, a reliable part of my skincare regimen.

I have used this product for close to 10 years and I am now 68. It was recommended by my dermatologist in S. CA. I use it every night and it has made a big difference in my skin . You do have to build up to it (so I suggest starting with the 5x first) or you will have some dry, itchy days. But once you are ready to transition, I cannot recommend this product enough, as it will work - just give it a month or two to start seeing the results. Replenix makes really good products!

This product really works...almost too well. I have had to cut back on nightly use because this product was peeling my whole face off...which was probably necessary, but not at the speed it was happening. I ordered the strongest percentage of retinol because I wanted the biggest bang for my buck. If I had to do it all over again, I would begin with a weaker dose. It's my fault; I should have heeded that warning. This is a great product. Just be careful to only order this strength if you have worked up to it with lighter treatments first.

I started using this after I realized it is the identical product that my dermatologist office was selling to me at a higher price! This retinol is strong at 1% so make sure you follow the directions and start using it every other day or a few times a week. Also, use a mild cleanser and moisturizer with no other acids in it to prevent dryness, redness, and peeling. I could tell within a week or so that this retinol product was what my face severely needed in my late 40's! My only regret is that I didn't start using a product such as this one in my 30's. Definitely recommend :)!

The texture really turned me off.
I generally like Replenix products but I could not get past the texture of this cream. It has that dry silicone like feel to it and it does not really mesh well with my other night skin care products. It feels almost like a silicone based primer which I can not stand.
