Worst cleanser and experience

I usually do not write reviews but I had to let people know to stay away from this product. The first reason why I did not like it is because in the ingredients list it contains Sodium sulfate which is harmful to our skin and should not be included in a cleanser. The second reason I did not enjoy this product is that the packaging is by far the worst, It leaks product everywhere is in the bathroom and at the same time, you waste it. Please do not purchase this cleanser, you will thank me later, they are many other good options out there with better ingredients that are beneficial for our skin.

Too much alcohol

I wanted to love this SO BAD. The smell of alcohol is so strong, but I pressed on. Coming from a pharmaceutical grade brand, I thought, “okay, maybe they know how to formulate it so that it’s effective!” It’s a pretty fair assumption to say most people know alcohol is terrible and so drying to the skin. I have it a fair chance but it caused the area around my nose and one spot on one cheeks to become red and very itchy. I had to discontinue use. I also purchased the LHA toner and had the same sentiments towards that product as well.

Not the best for acne-prone skin

I'm baffled as to why this is targeted for Acne sufferes. First of all, it contains sodium laureth sulfate, which clogs pores and can lead to more acne. Second, there's more of that comedogenic ingredient than there is salicylic acid. I have stopped using this cleanser and hope my skin will calm down soon. This is the only product I use which has such a strong pore-clogging ingredient.
