In the past, I used the higher strength version which I enjoyed. During a time while not using it, my face became sensitive and inflamed. I really like this serum better than Obagi. It's not sticky,oily and absorbs quickly. Doesn't irritate my sensitive skin and very gentle on the neck. I want to work my way up to 20% so this is the way to go. I don't like the dropper method, so I switched it to a spray nozzle and it's easy to apply this way. Plus it won't oxidize that quickly unlike with the dropper.
