I love SkinMedica products, but I am having difficulty with the new TNS Advanced+ Serum. My skin peels when I use it. When I first received it, I used it for about five days and my skin got so bad that it chafed and was very red. I discontinued using it and then started using it every three days. It was better, but my skin became dry and peeled lightly. I've decided to try it every four days and see how it goes. If all is well, I will increase my use of it gradually. I'm hoping it works out. Otherwise, I will go back to the regular TNS Serum.

I've only used this new serum for a few weeks, but so far I'm impressed. Con: It took a few pumps initially to get both sides of the serum to be released, but after that the pump works well. Pros: The serum has a nice consistency and let me say this, a little does truly go a long way.
