This product is very difficult to dispense. I actually called customer service because I thought something must be wrong with it. I was told to shake the container, which I had already been doing. It is hard to say how well this product works since it doesn't come out well and I am not sure if it is the right consistency. I was so anxious to try this that I used it on air-dried hair, scrunched it, and it produced beautiful beach waves that have lasted all day! My only complaint is the smell. It smells nice when first applied, like menthol, but once the product dried my hair kind of had a burnt smell-even though I did not use a hair dryer.
