About 6 mos. ago I went through a horrible spell with my hair...crust, flaking and lots of hair loss. I had been using a different brand for years. A scalp biopsy diagnosed psoriasis. However after getting it to clear up with prescription shampoos & meds, it came back when I resumed that other brand. My beautician suggested Suface Awaken and gave me a sample of the shampoo & conditioner & I was hooked. Made my scalp feel wonderful. I added the Surface Mist Conditioner as the biopsy showed my scalp sebaceous glands had atrophied from the psoriasis, so I needed the moisture. Finally added the Awaken Finishing Spray which has great hold without weighting down my fine hair. These Surface Awaken products are nothing short of a miracle for me. My hair is looks thicker, fuller & some areas are starting to fill in. And since using the psoriasis hasn’t come back...not saying won’t, there is no cure... but I couldn’t be happier.
