Quiets and smooths seborrhea keratosis
I inherited my father's penchant for seborrhea keratosis. Nothing much anyone can do about SK but Vanicream Z-Bar seems to quiet it and, if I'm not imagining it, makes it disappear a bit. As you know there is no cure for psoriasis. I was given a sample Z-bar from the dermatologist years ago to help alleviate my itchy surgical scar, dandruff, and bacne. To my surprise, this bar soap actually worked!
