Perfect hair oil for my curls

I love this stuff! It is lightweight, but keeps frizz at bay! I use it in damp hair. If I'm just staing at home, that's all I really need. If I'm styling, I'll add in some L'Anza oil (when using a hair dryer and straight iron for curls) or the Surface Whip Mousse for natural curls and diffuser drying. It has the same cookie/caramel scent as the Whip Mousse and the curly Shampoo/Conditioner.

I was surprised to find the consistency of the serum is like water. I have fine textured wavy/curly hair and the serum seems does nothing for my hair...may even weigh it down a bit. I use a minimal amount. I think the serum may be more suitable for someone with coarse hair. I still think Surface products are great...just not this one for my hair.

Lovely Smell - Small Amount Adds Sheen

I like the smell very much- this entire line that I have tried so far smells divine. The product can be used on wet or dry hair which I like as some days or in the middle of the day, I just want a little sheen to my dry hair which is slowly bouncing back after suffering through a very dry spell with hair loss. It has a decent sheen- not too oily a look on its own. I can't really tell if it helping my hair in any other way as I am also using hair oils pre-shampoo . I will continue to use and may purchase again when it runs out, though it seems like it will last quite a while- I don't need to use much.

I'm fairly new to this line but so far so good. This serum helps to seal in moisture on my dryish, wavy hair. It adds shine. Also helps with the curls as far as keeping them in place. My hair can tend to get frizzy if the right combination of things aren't used. This is something I will use often as I truly like it and how it preforms on my hair.
