I'm on my second Clean Pro Gold as the first one quit after just 3 weeks of use. LovelySkin was wonderful about replacing it saying I must have just got a "bad egg". So far so good. It's working and holding a charge as it should after a month. I'm giving this 4 stars as I don't believe it cleans the skin as well as marketed. Also, I agree with other reviewers as it's shape does not allow the wand to get into the nose area well to truly clean. On the flip side, the heat and vibration on the gold plate is perfect for driving serums deep into the skin not wasting any product on my fingertips or hands. I have seen a positive difference in the tightening of my skin - especially the jawline.

This is my favorite moisturizer! It goes on smooth and creamy, absorbs well, and does not leave an oily residue. My makeup goes on smooth and my skin feels hydrated all day. … more
