Purchased the 10% and no breakouts. This serum is awesome as well as all the Obagi products I currently use. I know Skinceuticals gets high ratings for their C product. I've used their products, too. I must say both are great, however, Obagi serum is my favorite. Their C Serum works great in conjunction with their moisturizers.
