I have been using this product regularly for about 2 years. Why? It works very well for me. My lips are easily chapped so I make frequent applications. I love the feel of Avene Lip Balm it is slick at first and then soaks in. My only complaint comes because I usually carry it in my pocket and body heat softens the stick which then requires gentle application to avoid damaging the product.
