I have been using this product for 1.5 years as an alternative to Adapalene. I have very sensitive skin and deal with eczema around my mouth, nose, and eyebrow line. Adapalene did it's job well, but I was constantly fighting the irritation around my mouth and outer the edges of my nose, even though I wasn't applying it directly to those areas. I read that retinal could be less irritating and this particular product can be used on the neck and around the eyes, unlike adapalene. I decided to give it a try and I have been using it ever since. I layer a little petroleum over the areas where I have eczema once the RetrinAL has absorbed into my skin as a precaution for flare-ups. I have great glowing skin! I have watch brown spots and soft wrinkles disappear and have a lot of improvement with skin elasticity in my face and neck. I highly recommend this product!

I've been a loyal tretinoin user for years, but menopause dried my skin out and tret wasn't agreeing with me any longer. This retinal came recommended by a derm on YouTube. It's beautiful on the skin and goes a very long way. I've finally finished my first bottle. I use gloves to apply and do a pump around my lips, 1 each around my eyes, 1 for between my brows, 1 for my neck and 1 for the chest area. I use this every night now and it WORKS! Although this will take a bit longer than Tret to show results, with patience and consistency it does work and without any irritation. Can be used each PM.
