I would classify this as a serum more than a moisturizer. I need to layer the am moisturizer over it for moisture.

I like it, and it doesn't cause any problem. But, this is a simple formula that feels a little too oily on the skin as applied. It is also not occlusive enough for me for PM use. I don't think I will repurchase as I think there are products with more elegant application, and I am willing to pay more for that.

This moisturizer is a bit thicker than lotion, but not as heavy as a cream. It spreads easily and soaks in well. It does not leave any kind of shine or oily look. It feels hydrating without stickiness or any residue. I believe this was meant to be mostly unscented but has some sort of nondescript masking scent that fades quickly.

Problem with dispenser
This was my second time to purchase this product. Let me begin by saying I was very pleased with the product itself but the new dispenser is a problem. After I used it a couple of times it stopped pumping the product. Every once in a while a tiny bit would spew out but only an amount the size of a pin head. I would not purchase this again in its current bottle.

This is a very basic moisturizer that provides just enough moisture. It keeps my skin balanced without drying it out or clogging my pores. This is a good staple, and for the price you cant go wrong!

Not for flakiness
I love EltaMD products; the fact that they are very light is usually a plus. I think this product is probably good as an overall nighttime moisturizer. I needed some moisture to reduce the flakiness (due to seasonal changes and Retin-A) on my sensitive/acne-prone skin, however, and PM Therapy did not solve the problem. I had to use Cetaphil moisturizing creme (non-comedogenic) because I couldn't find any facial moisturizers that did the trick.

Disappointing moisturizer
I really wanted to love this moisturizer. It seemed like it would be the perfect nighttime moisturizer paired with the Elta MD UV Clear SPF 46 that I use during the day. It looked so perfect for my sensitive, combination, clog-prone skin. But alas, it just didn't work great for me. It irritates my skin (I would blame the niacinamide, but I tolerate that fine in the UV Clear and in other products), it sometimes doesn't feel quite hydrating enough (on cold, dry winter days), and it sometimes seems to cause a bit of clogging. I love the airless pump packaging, but having two Elta MD products with nearly identical packaging means that I occasionally have grabbed the wrong product, which is frustrating. Overall, my search for the perfect moisturizer continues, but I think this could be a great moisturizer for someone else whose skin isn't quite as sensitive or doesn't need quite as much moisture as mine.

I had high hopes for Elta MD PM Therapy. It feels great putting it on my skin however it seems to make no difference for my skin. I used it for about 4 weeks. I dont recommend it for problematic skin such as redness or acne, however it is gentle enough for super sensitive skin. It is probably good for those who need some light moisturizing, other than that, it was not solving my skin problem.

Just OK moisturizer for PM
If I'm using retinols then this moisturizer doesn't cut it, which is strange because it goes on really think. It feels slimy when I wash my face in the morning. It's just okay when my skin is normal. I have to switch it up when I get dry.
