I apply last--after all of my wrinkle creams/moisturizers--and rub it everywhere, including under my eyes (except eye lids) Add a little eye make-up and I'm good to go. Even after months of wearing a Covid mask, have had NO negative issues. I'm fair skinned but this is still a good shade. If too dark for you, it could be mixed with a little of the Untinted version. Fell in love with this thru my dermatologist but MUCH better prices thru LovelySkin!
