I use this cleanser twice a day every day. I absolutely do not get blackheads when using this cleaner. I got a sample for another cleanser once, used it, and immediately got some black heads. I found another expensive cleanser in my cabinet, used some as to not waste it, and got black heads. I threw it away after that and ran back to my IS Clinical Cleaning Complex.
