This cleanser reminds me SkinCeuticals LHA Cleansing gel (but it is so much cheaper). I use Effaclar Medicated Gel Cleanser after cleansing oil when I remove my makeup and it is great. My skin is absolutely clean after it, this gel does not dry or irritate my combination skin. It is also comfortable for me to use it twice a day. This cleanser gives a rich foam with a tiny amount of product. Great cleanser for a good price.

I do think this is a good cleanser but my skin is pretty sensitive so for me I realize I really have to ease into using this one. I think I’m going to just start with one time a week and then slowly move up. It is full of powerful ingredients that are good for acne so I’m hoping I will be able to tolerate this. If you are sensitive just use slowly at first to see if your skin can tolerate it.

I was looking for an anti-bacterial cleanser that foams a little but not too much. You need to use very little and this cleanser foams and cleanses extremely well. I use this cleanser morning and night. I feel like my skin is clean and fresh and tightened. I moisturize and/or use serum and then moisturizer right after. I feel like my pores are cleansed and the bacteria has been removed. I am 37 so I use it for ridding of bacteria for anti-aging purposes more so than acne. It works for both!
