I have tried many "nighttime" moisturizers but this is, by far, my favorite. I use a pea size amount at night after my tretinoin combined with Obagi blender. My skin feels moist and hydrated in the AM after using this moisturizer. It has a light fragrance but is not overwhelming. I use the Obagi Luxe at night and the Hydrate Facial Moisturizer during the day. Both are great products, but Luxe is especially nice if you have dry skin. Highly recommend!

I had a horrid experience with these on overstock.com where the rep claimed they were coming from the distributor and I called Obagi to verify - overstock is NOT an authorized reseller. What came to me where off smelling and YELLOW in color. I have sensitive combination skin which gets really dry in the winter time, I have been using the regular hydrate and it's been working great for me, except it didn't provide enough moisture for my winter skin. I bought Hydrate Luxe with high hopes but it failed expectation. It's thick and doesn't absorb well into the skin so it sits on top. It also makes my skin itchy. Be careful if you have sensitive skin. Will not buy again.
