I received a sample of PCA SKIN Total Strength Serum from LovelySkin and after trying it, decided to purchase the full size and give it a try. Understanding that cellular turnover is about six weeks, I wanted to give the PCA serum a fair trial. Initially, I found it to be hydrating, though not as moisturizing as I had hoped. I was happy with the application, ease of absorption and suppleness of my skin after use; however, I still felt I needed moisturizer after use morning and night. I will continue to use it, but unless I see appreciable improvement in my 60+ year old skin, I don’t think I’ll invest in this again. Perhaps this is better for younger skin that isn’t as depleted of collagen and elastin.

Not effective for my skin.
I've been using this for about a month now. Feels nice on the skin and absorbs well. I have dry, thin skin in my mid 50s. This product didn't cause any irritation or sensitivity and also has provided zero visible difference since adding it to my skin care regimen. The product states lift, firm and smooth aging skin with this powerful peptide and growth factor serum that builds volume and minimizes the appearance of pores." My pores are the same, and no plumping effect visible even in a 10X mirror. Perhaps, this best as a preventative for younger skin or I need to be using it for 4-6 months before seeing any benefits? I won't be re-purchasing due to price point and lack of efficacy for my skins needs.

This serum didnt perform as noticeably as I thought it would, given the great ingredients. However, I wouldnt say its a waste of money. I think it is a good "maintenance" serum that does not irritate or interact with other treatments you may want to apply.
