Thought I would try this

Facial cleansers usually last me a long time. I was finally ready to buy more and thought that I would try this cleanser. I regularly use the AHA-BHA exfoliating cleansers. I chose this one because it had the glycolic which I thought might add something to my mix. I am not sure how it compares from a technical perspective, but I usually trust the Skin Medica line of products overall. It seems to be fine, except that it is so thin that when you tip the tube to dispense the product, too much comes out at once. I have to be very careful to hold the tube horizontal and barely tip it to put the product into my hand. I was concerned that it might be too drying for my mature skin, but so far, it is working out.

SkinMedica overall as a brand is top notch and it was through reading reviews on LovelySkin that I discovered this GlyPro Exfoliating Facial Cleanser. It is just enough exfoliation without being harsh and washes away cleanly. Compared to what one will find at your local drugstore this is noticeably a significant step up in quality and value. Note, a little bit goes a loooonnnng way, thus I find the tube will last for a few months since it is not for everyday use. If you were on the fence about giving this cleanser a go, don't hesitate. I would say this pretty much about any SkinMedica product.

Best cleanser ever!

I know instructions say to use once a week but I have been using this cleanser every morning for over 7 years now. It leaves my face feeling so clean and soft. It has never been too strong or harsh and It has never dried out my skin, but my skin is oily. If I'm away from home and have to use a different type of cleanser, my face never feels clean, as if I have a residue left on my face. I always follow up with the SkinMedica GlyPro Antioxidant Serum after washing my face, followed by sunscreen. This is my everyday ritual and it works great for me. I love this cleanser and recommend it to everyone. I will continue to use this as long as I can purchase it. I hope it is never discontinued!

You will love this cleanser!

I got a sample of this and was shocked how smooth my face was after! This cleanser is pricey, but will replace your facial scrub because it cleans and exfoliates in one product. I use a dime-sized amount and work it all over my face in gentle circular motions for about a minute, avoiding getting this in or around my eyes, and rinse thoroughly. Moisturize right away. I use this every other night before bed and my skin is getting brighter, smoother, and more even. I love this product!
