At first it really did seem to be helping the perioral dermatitis I get around my nose and mouth but as we continue to get into the colder winter months and after using it for over a month I’m unfortunately not seeing much of a difference. I liked the product enough to definitely give it a 4 (mostly because I love the brand) but it isn't my favorite. It was a nice lotion but I like PM therapy much better. Something about the texture just isn't my favorite and is kinda annoying. I noticed my skin doesn't like this product as much as the PM therapy, because it will show little red bumps sometimes. It also irritates my eyes if I get it too close.
