This moisturizer has a very nice cooling effect for a few minutes after you apply it. I add 2 drops of serum into it and a tiny bit of this stuff goes a long way. It is very concentrated which is nice because you get your money's worth. You can even add a bit of water to stretch it out some since it is so concentrated. Effective but not for sensitive skin
I was really excited to use this product because i was getting bad reactions from eating dairy and my skin started to break out, so I bought this on a whim trying to fix my mistake of eating too much cheese :(. I think the first thing I noticed about this product is the texture. It's a white cream that is smooth but it take a while to rub into the skin. It leaves sort of a powdery white cast on my face unless I take a bit more time to work it into my skin which is a detractor. The second thing I noticed about this was the smell of tea tree but that's a positive for me because it's a familiar smell and it wasn't anything unnatural. I used it consistently for about a week and I noticed that my acne was reducing slowly but it was making my skin really sensitive. I normally start my routine with a 2% BHA exfoliant toner which usually has 0 stinging but I noticed after a few days, my skin would sting and my eyes would water more after using it. So it was definitely causing some sensitivity. I plan to use this only during breakouts but at night because of the white cast it leaves on my face. Otherwise, I do like this product because it does what it's supposed to and the price is fair for the effectiveness and the ingredients

I was turned onto the whole eminence line after having a facial done and going home with a multi-sample pack from the spa. I don't remember if this product was in the bag but all I can say is wow!! I am 49 and always had the most amazing skin, rarely to never breaking out but that changed in my mid to later 40's. My radiant, glowing, clear skin suddenly disappeared. It was so frustrating to go to bed and wake-up with acne all over my face. I use this day and night and such a little amount is needed. It absorbs into my skin quickly and because it's so lightweight I can build other products over it. It's odd to have a moisturizer made to combat acne prone skin that does everything. I have mature skin. This moisturizer is light, non-greasy and does the job. Works well under makeup and sunscreen. Not shiny. Also effective at night in place of heavier products. My favorite Eminence moisturizer so far. I love that it is organic. It has a very pleasant fresh herbal scent, like all Eminence products I have used. I wish the scent was stronger. One container seems to last a long time. I will purchase again. I gave four stars instead of five because it doesn't plump skin(less important for younger skin) like certain serums, but I have not found a moisturizer that does that.
