Never used anything like this before. Start off slow - 2-3 times a week - use a pea size amount. You will have a period when your skin is getting used to it, but once you get through that .. wow .. knocked a couple of years off me lol My skin used to look dull - now there is color a healthy glow - I think it has helped my fine lines but this isn't an over night fix so I am sticking with it.
