I don't know if it is the LHA or the Glycolic acid but this finally works for me. I have had terrible cystic acne since I was a teenager I am in my 40s now and still battling. I get terrible cysts that discolor and take months to heal and leave dark spots on my skin. This is healing the lumps much faster than anything I have ever used and making any new breakouts much smaller and healing those faster as well. The new formations are not huge lumps anymore, small manageable bumps that don't flare up. I have used everything out there with the exception of accutane and that includes pharmaceutical Retin-A.
