Caviar Matte Shadow Sticks have been a makeup bag staple for 15+ years. I typically buy lighter base colors. Most recently, I got two: “Au Naturel” is a creamy pink-ish taupe neutral. It doesn’t add much color, but it evens out my lids and brightens me up. “Vanilla Kiss” is lighter and brighter - more of an ivory. It looks very light/white in the package, but don’t let that fool you because the color is super buildable (so you won’t look like a ghoul unless that’s the look you’re going for). I use it alone, combined with “Au Naturel,” or as a base for a darker powder shadow. These stick shadows glide on smoothly and don’t smudge, migrate, or get stuck in the lid crease. Once it’s on, it stays put all day - but it also washes off easily with any cleanser and water. It’s great stuff – A+. … more
