How does the Refer a Friend program work?

Refer a Friend lets you earn rewards for inviting your friends to shop at LovelySkin. To begin referring your friends, register for the program above. Next, use the sharing icons to send your friend a link with your unique sharing code and a promo just for them. This can be sent via email, social media, text message and more. When that friend makes their first order, you’ll receive details about your reward via email and, if you have a LovelySkin account, it will also be available in your account dashboard. You can then apply that reward to an order during checkout, either by selecting the reward during payment or by inputting the reward details from your email.

Do I need a LovelySkin account in order to join the Refer a Friend program?

You do not need to have a LovelySkin account in order to join our Refer a Friend program. However, by creating an account, you’ll have access to an exclusive referral dashboard which will let you view the status of your pending referrals, your referral reward balance and more. You will also be able to access your rewards during checkout without needing to input the card number or PIN, allowing you to apply those rewards to your orders easier!

Can I refer a friend who is already a customer?

The friend you refer must be a new LovelySkin customer (someone who has never placed an order with us before). If a friend already has a LovelySkin account but has never made an order with LovelySkin, they will still be able to use a new customer referral link or code at the time of their first purchase.

Where can I find my earned referral rewards?

You will receive an email for each referral reward earned after a qualifying purchase. This email will contain all the information you need to redeem your reward.

If you have a LovelySkin account, referral rewards will also be added to your account and available in a referral dashboard within your LovelySkin account section. To access this dashboard, first, log into your account in the upper right corner of your browser. If you are already logged in, click on My Account in the upper right corner. Once you are in your account dashboard, you will see a line item in the left navigation called Referrals. When you click on the Referrals link, you’ll be able to view the status of referral invites you’ve sent as well as your earned referral rewards.

When will I see my referral reward added to my account?

Most referral rewards will be made available within 3-4 business days after your referred friend completes a qualifying order using your link.

What if my referred friend cancels or refunds their order?

If your friend cancels or refunds their order, that order no longer qualifies as a successful referral and you will no longer receive a reward.
