Experiment in trying stick eye-shadow
Exceptional texture and application: My first time trying a stick eye-shadow and I choose Laura Mercier as I like most of their products. The stick texture and application is exceptional. The colors are a little tricky picking on-line. I like Nude Rose and Strapless and lean toward pinks. The Nude Rose is between pink and peach.

this is a great - one swipe-out the door product. Picking a color was tough. I picked strapless and it is too rosy brown for my taste - but it is "ok" I think a gray or purple would have been better for my hazel eyes. I do like the concept and the ease of the stick and might try the amethyst color next time.

The formulation is smooth and the color is what I expected. When I first opened it, I nicked the tip of the eyeshadow. Even when putting the cap back on, you need to be super careful since you cannot twist the shadow below the applicator to protect it. For this reason I wouldn't purchase this again.
