I love Hum's concept and packaging and I usually buy a ton of supplements from my local pharmacy chain or if I am feeling fancy - the healthfood store where I usually get a really powerful B complex. I was hoping to use Uber Energy in lieu of the B complex but it just doesn't have that "zip" I get from a high dose of B-6 and especially B-12. Well, guess what?? This has NO B-12 in it - but for a B-6 t's fine.

I don't find this one to work effectively for me at all. Still low energy. I eat right, exercise every day and still no extra energy.
