I have a red birthmark on my eyelid and this helps keep it from darkening…plus the tint helps hide it. As for slowing aging, I think it’s helping. I’m Italian with dark circles and this helps, but there’s no product perfect for that. It is what it is. Lol I like this stuff a lot…thick and creamy but blends in well.
