I purchased this tinted sunscreen after receiving a sample of it. I needed to find a new product due to the fact my usual choice of Replenix tinted was not available. I love the consistency making it easy to blend in, and the tint is a great match to my skin tone as well. The only reason I gave a 4 star rating is because I have yet to spend any significant time in the sun to be sure it does it's main job of protecting my skin. I am pretty confidant it will though. When I wet my face prior to washing it my skin repels the water until I lather up with soap.

I really like the daily shield tinted lotion. I purchased the full size after trying the sample and I’m very satisfied. I have combination skin & struggle with looking too shiny and/or dry patches when I use tinted face lotions/sunscreens. I apply this alone, mix a small amount of liquid bronzer with this on my fingers then blend on my face, or apply the tinted sunscreen followed by a little foundation tapped on top with a sponge.

ok, this is not a universal tint. it is a warm tan that would look best on medium or slightly darker skin tones. i found it too dark for my light olive skin, and it would not work on very light or very dark skin. i can use it if i mix in a bit of white sunscreen. the application is smooth and creamy. the finish is mostly matte but moist looking. it has a bit of a chemical scent.
