I have combination skin and my esthetician recommended it -- I love how it's lightweight yet super hydrating (even through the cold dry winter). I would agree with other reviewers on the cheap packaging, and add to it that it's somewhat bulky and although you don't need to use a ton, I seem to go through it twice as fast as my other products. I wish it was a bit more affordable considering how much more often I've needed to repurchase.

Ive been a fan of the Epionce Lytic Lotion and Lytic Gel Cleanser for a while now, but had been reticent to take the costly plunge into regular use of the Renewal Lotion. LovelySkin had it on sale, which allowed me to try it without feeling too guilty. Because of that, Ive become a believer. I have pretty oily skin, but recently we moved to a dryer climate in which my fine lines had become more pronounced. Ive also suffered from adult acne and didnt want to use anything that could flare that up. This lotion has been the perfect fit for me in that its moisturizing without feeling greasy or heavy. It soaks into my skin fast enough that I dont have to pause in the middle of my routine, yet it leaves my skin moist enough for my mineral makeup to adhere well (but not so "wet" that the makeup sits on top looking powdery). The real surprise is that my skin has begun to feel smoother and really almost baby soft after less than two weeks of use. Im 43 and my skin is looking and feeling better than it ever has. I wouldnt trade this face for the one I had at 23 or 33. Ive only given it 4 stars because of the price. Yes, its worth it for me, but for many people, it will be cost prohibitive.
