This is a great tool. You just wanna make sure you don’t use too much power and pull on your skin. You also wanna make sure to follow the directions and go down to pull it out out of the pores. You can see it coming out. Again, just don’t use high section and pull on your skin.

I bought this item with fantasies of sucking out blackheads. I ended up with bruises. Perhaps I used the device incorrectly. Perhaps it's too complicated despite the simple design. But it's a purchase I regret and doubly so for not returning it
