I have undereye bags. One dermatologist said it was a sign of dehydration, so I drink at least a gallon of water per day and I still have bags. I received this as a sample. I must say, this cream gave me remarkable results. My bags were noticeably improved, at it really does brighten them. I don't look as tired. This cream did not irritate my sensitive skin.
