I like this product for when I need to calm my skin down from procedures and/or using too many aggressive products on my skin. I like that it has some growth factors (I know not as many as TNS) however, for me, it is more calming and soothing. If you do not like a cream base, you will not like it however, I like having additional moisture added as I layer many products.
