Takes a lot of effort
I have had this for quite some time, and I'm sure if you use it daily you would see results, but I just don't have that kind of time. I did use it consistently for about a month and a half and really didn't notice a difference. Plus, you go through a lot of the gel when treating your body and it gets expensive.

I like the NuFACE Trinity, but this, not so much. Maybe it's because I lost a lot of weight, and this is not strong enough.
