As soon as it goes on, it "fills" lip lines and makes lips look smoother. I am even able to put lipstick on top of it, although it does soften the color. I haven't used it long enough to see if it plumps lips long-term, but will continue to use it even if it is just an immediate fix for my wrinkly lips.

This is the first lip booster I've used that actually works for me. My lips are smoother and less lined. Plumping is minimal, but I do see some difference. I'm impressed that it stays on my lips for a lengthy time, considering it's very emollient. The downside is that it's costly for the meager amount in the tube (less than a quarter ounce), so I will only be buying again when it goes on sale for a considerable discount.
