I have an at-home microderm abrasion tool that I use on a weekly basis. My skin is usually red and irritated upon completion and I'd usually just put on my regular serum, a thicker moisturizer (my night cream) and go about my day. My skin would stay red/irritated for several hours so I'd have to make sure I only used my microdem machine on days I was not planning on much in the afternoons.
