I like that this eye area product can be used top and bottom and around the eyes. I feel it’s a tad too heavy so I used a very very small amount. I preferred the gel/serum that SkinMedica had in its lineup for many years but it’s not offered/available any longer.

So I have used this for over two months now- I am 55 and an Esthetics instructor ( worked as an esthetician for over 15 years) I think the ingredients are ok. Lots of preservatives in this product. However, there are lots of good ingredients that deliver a smoother more hydrated eye area. Plus I do feel like my eyes are less dark ( so brighter!) I would purchase again.

This acts like a concealer, hiding darkness and lines, but despite using a miniscule amount and patting it in, it leaves a visible film that will 'pill' if you try putting sunblock etc over it. I'm not sure if I'd buy it again.

I've only been using the Instant Bright Eye Cream for a few weeks and I mainly wanted it for the discoloration under my eyes. While I don't know if it actually did anything to improve the discoloration yet, it seems to be good enough as an eye cream in general. I think I have to try this out for a few more weeks and see if there is a noticeable difference then.

I love SkinMedica products. I've used the TNS Eye Repair, Lytera 2.0, HA 5, Retinol Complex 0.5 and Total Defense + Repair for many years. This particular product is too strong for my eye area. I tried twice and my upper eye lid and below were swollen. Can't use the eye mask either. Apparently I'm allergic to one or more of the ingredients. I contacted customer service and have returned both products. I have shopped with Lovelyskin.com for many years and only twice have I returned a product with no problems.
