This is great for making your eyes look brighter and more open. I used a tube from a well known mineral brand for years but they discontinued the product. I have tried several options in various application form but many have something in them that makes my lids itch and peel. This pencil is precise enough to apply neatly and has not irritated my eyes at all.

Works very well as a primer for eyeshadow creme, and to keep lipsticks to feather. Allover beautiful finish! … more
